Why do I attract the same type of man?

Who approaches you and who you continue seeing are different parts of the story. Calling it “the same type” may hide the particular behavior that keeps mattering: availability, how disagreement is handled or whether plans are kept.

A useful starting point is the behavior you want more of, expressed plainly. It gives you something observable as you get to know someone, without blaming you for other people's choices or promising that a new filter will control them.
